Kevin Shaughnessy, Board Certified in Labor and Employment law, is a class action litigator who handles large-scale cases throughout the United States. He consults on corporate compliance matters, conducts confidential investigations, and assists with crisis management. 

Kevin is ranked by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, is named in The Best Lawyers in America© and was recently named by Best Lawyers in America as 2017 Lawyer of the Year Orlando, Litigation – Labor and Employment, and is also ranked by The Legal 500 in Labor and Employment Law.

In his spiritual life Kevin has held many positions including: Chair of the St. James Cathedral School Board, Chair of the Bishop Moore Catholic High School Board, and Chair of Bishop Grady Villas, a diocesan-sponsored residential care facility for adults with mental disabilities. He is also Board of Trustees for Barry University in Miami, founded by the Adrian Dominicans.

Kevin also founded the St. James School Golf tournament that has raised over $2 million for tuition subsidies for St. James students, and also founded the Notre Dame Club golf tournament that has raised close to $1 million for scholarship recipients!
